Absolutely, I believe we should approach everyone's problems and needs with compassion (always getting that right is another story).

In fact, I think a certain amount of division is pushed from the outside - divide and conquer. I have friends I can't even have a discussion with about trans rights any more as they've been so thoroughly sold an idea that other humans having rights is a threat to them.

If we must get angry, then let's get angry together to effect positive change for everyone.
